2. Booking and Payment
   2.1 Booking Process: To book a yacht excursion, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide all necessary information. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.
   2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.
   
   

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   3.1 Cancellation by Client:
   – Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled excursion will receive a 100% refund.
   – Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled excursion are non-refundable.
   3.2 Cancellation by Boat Trips Los Cabos: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule excursions due to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   
   

4. Liability and Disclaimers
   4.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in yacht excursions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and loss or damage to personal property. By participating in our excursions, you assume all risks associated with the activity.
   4.2 Liability Waiver: Boat Trips Los Cabos, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during our excursions. Clients agree to release, waive, and discharge Boat Trips Los Cabos from any claims or liabilities.
   4.3 Third-Party Services: We may use third-party service providers for certain aspects of our excursions. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of these third parties.
   
   

5. Client Responsibilities
   5.1 Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the excursion. Any medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
   5.2 Conduct: Clients must comply with all instructions from the crew and respect the safety regulations on board. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others.
